The technique of transurethral surgery requires a lot of training. Practicing phantoms can support the learning process to a large extent. The phantom includes a natural-sized torso, made of special plastic, with interchangeable genitals, and a water tray on the base: 1. Male genitals, with urethra and interchangeable prostate, and connected to the bladder. 2. Female external genitalia with urethra and bladder connection. The prostate capsule can be filled with natural or synthetic materials. The airbags are separated and connected together with a sealing ring. The bladder contains four openings: 1. The front is connected to the prostate or urethra. 2. Take a bladder trocar at the top or for drainage. 3. Provide the posterior wall of the tissue, if necessary, to measure pressure or insert electrodes. 4.
